It was reported earlier this week that the CIA has been spying on its own government. More accurately, the Senate. Today, one of the biggest apologists for the NSA meta-data spying operation, Diane Feinstein, came out against the CIA’s movements. You can taste the irony.
“….she said that the CIA appears to have violated the Fourth Amendment, which bars unreasonable searches and seizures, as well as various federal laws and a presidential executive order that prevents the agency from conducting domestic searches and surveillance.”
So she does know what it the 4th Amendment is. Interesting.
